Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Month to month subscription-based product.

2. Subscription is billed monthly in advance.

3. Payment strictly due 3 days upon presentation of invoice.

4. Non-payment will result in an automatic suspension of services to the customer.

5. Reinstatement of services following suspension is 72 hours.

6. Uncapped service available during business hours only (6:00 – 18:00). Calls made before or after stipulated business hours will be charged at normal usage rates billable per minute (Mobile rate at R0.40 per minute and Landline at R0.35 per minute).

7. All international numbers, premium numbers and call centre numbers are excluded and billable at the relevant rates per minute.

8. Catalytic reserves the right to review the package and propose alternatives based on market rates and usage. The review process and any changes will only be implemented based on a thorough consultation and agreement.

9. The terms and conditions listed in this document are applicable in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Catalytic Master Services Agreement.

10. The payment terms stipulated in this document take precedent over any other payment terms agreed to for other products and services or stipulated in any other documentation.
